The basic fact

Every strike costs a little copper.

The mainstream story says copper tools helped cut and shape the pyramid stones. If that story is true, the tools had to wear down, and the copper had to keep coming.

What this page checks: It does not accept the mainstream story as fact. It asks whether one part of that story pays its own copper bill.

How the model handles copper

The model does not simulate every single chisel stroke. It stays inside the mainstream claim, then estimates the copper that claim would consume.

Where was all that copper supposed to come from?

Bir Nasib is the major Sinai copper source used for comparison. Its generous all-time estimate is about 5,000 tonnes spread across roughly 1,300 years, and much of that copper comes from periods later than Khufu.

Honesty note: these figures already use the larger all-time Bir Nasib total. That is generous to the conventional narrative.

What this test is saying

This does not claim copper tools were impossible or that Egypt had zero copper.

It says: under the best current supply numbers, already generous to the conventional side, one pyramid puts very heavy pressure on the known copper supply.

That pressure has to be answered with evidence, not assumed away.

“They sharpened the tools.”

Yes, but sharpening removes more metal. Eventually the tool is too short, too thin, or too damaged to keep using.

“They recycled everything.”

Recycling helps, and the calculation gives recycling a lot of credit. But dust, filings, failed casts, slag, and transport losses still require new copper.

“They mined more somewhere else.”

Maybe. Then the story needs evidence for a mining and smelting system large enough to keep up.
